To start things off here's a little poem if you ever need it when life seems out of control. The one thing we will always have control over is how we choose to react.

1. Here is a song that was inspired by "1984" Give it a listen. Try to move beyond whether you like the group or the song. For instance, I used to love Radiohead, now I have a hard time listening to them for more than one or two songs. So what section of part one does it remind you of the most? Why? You don't have to include the entire song for connection. Feel free to emphasize certain parts for your reference. Upload your response to turnitin.com by Wednesday, April 15, 11:59 p.m. Your response should be a minimum of five complete sentences. Please check spelling and other grammatical issues before uploading.
2. Read chapter one of part two for Wednesday also. It's only 10 pages. If you get a little behind don't panic. It will all work out.
